N.A.R.C. Pilot:
In this introduction episode we meet undercover “wanna-be” Detective Plutarco Governale. He is an aspiring crime fighter, who’s job is to protect and serve his community free of charge. Although, officers of Lanyard city have arrested Governale for impersonating a peace officer. He still goes out there and does what he calls “to protect and serve.” Fortunately, the Lanyard Police Department has stopped arresting him and believe that he may just be an asset to the Department.
